The briefing
In a highly competitive market, it is important to stand out. Novisource's former website no longer fulfilled that purpose, nor did it radiate what the company stands for: fresh, personal, open and small-scale. For this reason, the website needed a lick of fresh paint and it was gradually decided to completely revamp it at the same time. This - of course - did not happen overnight.
The answer
We started by defining new strategic principles for the brand, which formed the basis for a renewed corporate identity. The next step was of course to design the website, but not before we did a UX analysis and strategy. Within this strategy and website, we connected the employer brand and online marketing, enabling Novisource's amazing team to take the next step as a partner of sustainable change for financials.
