Grounds for data collection
We process your personal data because, in the words of the General Data Protection Regulation, we have a 'legitimate interest'. This means that we are allowed to process your data because that is necessary for our business operations, as long as your privacy interests do not get stuck. We may also do so in the interest of our customers. If we require your consent to the processing of certain personal data, we will only process this data once we have received your consent, and we will stop using it if you withdraw it. What information do we collect?
The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored for 26 months within Google Analytics. The purpose of these (anonymous) usage data to learn from the behavior of our visitors, and on that basis to continue to improve our website.
Contact us via email
When you contact us via email, the data you send, such as your name, company name, and e-mail address, will be stored on our own mail server. Those emails will be saved up to a maximum of two years. The goal is that Strangelove Group is able to contact, for example, to offer a proposal, job interview or service.
How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources:
When you voluntarily provide us your personal details in order to register on our Site;
When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services;
From third party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).
Right of access: You have the right to request your data at all times that are recorded and stored at Strangelove Group. You do this by sending an e-mail or by calling us. You will then receive an overview of your data.
- Right to rectification: Are your data not correct? Or have your data changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Strangelove Group.
- Right to erase data: Do you no longer want your data stored at Strangelove Group? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.
- Right to submit a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you feel that Strangelove Group does not handle your data correctly. This can be done via this link.
- Right of transfer: If you need the data stored at Strangelove Group in case you switch to another party or service, then you have the right to transfer. Strangelove Group must transfer all your data to the other party.
- Right to stop data use (objection): Do not you want Strangelove Group to use your data? Then you have the right to stop using your personal data. The use of these rights can be done via firstname.lastname@example.org by sending a copy of the ID-proof with the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID number and BSN unreadable. The aim is to respond within a week.
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.
We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

How do we safeguard your information?
No physical copies of your personal data will be made. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the Strangelove website is private. You recognize this security by the green lock for the url.
Transfer of data outside the EEA
Please note that some data recipients may be located outside the EEA. In such cases we will transfer your data only to such countries as approved by the European Commission as providing adequate level of data protection, or enter into legal agreements ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we allow use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorization by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
