More than a diploma.
NUOVO Education (NUOVO Scholen) is a leading school group, consisting of 14 high schools in and around Utrecht. NUOVO’s mission is to develop and nurture talent through an education that grants students much more than a diploma: it prepared them from life.
Our brief
After a merger with the Schoonoord School Group, NUOVO Education redefined their brand strategy and values, which had to be implemented into a new brand architecture. This rebranding process needed to strengthen the central school group’s brand positioning, while including and reinforcing the relationship with 14 individual schools.
The answer
We started with brand research in which we mapped all the brand styles and (brand) relationships within the group. After designing a clear brand hierarchy for the school group, we developed a brand system based on endorsement from a round table concept. This round table concept was used to create a new corporate brand identity and communication guidelines.
In close collaboration with our branding team and the NUOVO board, we created a unique visual design concept and system that all stakeholders could embrace.
